Frequent visitors to this hotel. This time did not disappoint. Super weather. Service great from very friendly staff. Food up to it usual high standard. Reception staff were great. Rang approx 2 weeks before our stay to enquire about renting a mobility scooter, expecting to be given contact details of a company and do it myself. The hotel arranged thisfor me! True to their word scooter was there when we arrived. Obviously there was a charge playable on receipt of the keys. We also got the room we requested. The hotel is a Tui Gold catering for adults only. Entertainment on site, two pools, unfortunately unheated but plenty of poolside entertainment during the day. The only problem we had was lack of hot water in the shower on one day. This was fixed really quickly with no further problems. Did not want to come home. Would defininitely return.
