Stayed here at the end of our Alaskan trip. The first night we stayed had been booked by Princess Cruises as part of a land tour. The room was a really good size, fridge and safe provided. Good size bathroom. The views weren't great. We had been promised a mountain or water view. The mountains were in the distance, beyond the view of the car park! We had booked a second night ourselves. The view was better in that we could see the water. But, the room was smaller- as was the bathroom. We had a fridge, but no safe! We went to the front desk to query this but were told that not all rooms had safes. However we were offered the use of a safety deposit box available just off reception. That was absolutely no use to us at all, so tiny it wouldn't hold one of our IPads, let alone the two we own. Ridiculous in this day and age that no adequate safe provided, especially after paying well over £200 a night. Come on- we're talking America here. For that reason, we wouldn't recommend this hotel.
