We booked the restaurant in this small pub/restaurant and took over the entire doing room for our party of 20. The room was beautifully prepared with soft lighting and the service was excellent. The meal consisted of a choice of soup, prawn cocktail or garlic mushrooms, and all diners in our party praised the quality and quantity. Main course was Turkey, Beef or Salmon and again all diners were very impressed (my choice the salmon was presented with two fillets done to perfection) and the vegetable accompaniements were brussels, swede, carrots, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and red cabbage. All absolutely delicious. Puddings were xmas pudding, home made cheesecake or cheese & biscuits and again all were superb. For a small local restaurant/pub we were extremely well looked after and would most definitely return again. The restaurant is very nicely situated and in the lighter hours would enable great view of the sea from the window and adjoining terrace. Good free parking for many cars adjacent to the restaurant.
