I stayed in this hotel while visiting a conference for business. First the good things: The bed (I had a "super king size" made of 2 single mattresses all to myself) was extremely comfortable and had a choice of firm or soft pillows. I could happily have slept here for several more nights. Breakfast was a mixed buffet, I find cooked breakfasts a bit too much for me so I particularly welcomed the wide choice of fruit. Water pressure in the shower was good, and the bath had a hand rail to assist with getting in and out (although it was quite deep and I still found it tricky, despite no particular mobility problems). Location was very nice, right on the sea front opposite the remains of the old pier. There were only 2 lifts but these seemed to cope adequately with the number of guests, although they were not particularly large so might get a bit crowded for wheelchairs. On the downside: TV reception was very poor, although I had plenty of other things to do so wasn't particularly worried about this. Reception seemed to be understaffed, with a single member of staff trying to deal with queues every time I visited (luckily I was never in a hurry).
