I had booked a 4 night stay at this hotel to meet my elderly mother and my sister. When the confirmation came through I noted that we were to be charged an additional £5 per car per night. I was not happy! I complained and they amended the bill to show that we only paid for one car. I was still cross that I had to pay to park the cars when this wasn't a cheap hotel to start with. I had never encountered this charge before anywhere else.
However, when we arrived, we had been upgraded on our room and their attention to detail was amazing. They were very helpful with mum's requirement and the restaurant staff were brilliant accommodating the wheelchair without any prompting from us. They welcomed us every evening and were very cheerful.
This was a real case of customer satisfaction. They took a very tense situation and turned it round completly. So long as you bear in mind that you will be charged £5 per night for their car park on top of your bill, this hotel is ideally situated off the M40, only a few miles from Warwick and Stratford and extremely comfortable and welcoming.
