Hickory’s smokehouse is one of a small chain. In Chester it is situated overlooking the river. In the menu it says to ask for a look at the smokers, where the food is cooked, not people outside having a gasper. We were told it wasn’t convenient as they had had a recent change to the menu. We didn’t question this reasoning.
