Four of us enjoyed a pensioners special ‘fish and chips’ with dessert and either tea or coffee included in the price. The meal was freshly cooked and tasted good. No one left even a chip! The choice of dessert was either ‘Bread and butter pudding’ or ‘ice cream’. We all chose the first option which was served with custard. The restaurant was busy but the staff were very pleasant and efficient. We all enjoyed our meal. Other options are available, though we went for the special. This is my first visit to this particular restaurant and I would certainly go again. We were not bothered by hungry seagulls because we ate inside, always a wise choice in Brighton, especially near the seafront!!
