Lockdown day out, to celebrate my birthday.
Travelled to Hanbury Hall in our camper van so that we could have a walk around the grounds; the weather was cold but really sunny. We walked for around 2 hours, around the grounds and then up to the church which provides absolutely stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Should really have taken a flask with us so had to wait until we got back to the van! Made a hot chocolate, ate our sandwiches. So grateful to be able to access these National Trust places this year, more than ever. Highly recommended, can’t wait until the properties and cafes open up again.
