We stayed here over the Christmas period when visiting family in London. The hotel was everything you would expect and more for a 4 -5 star establishment but most impressive for its friendliness and level of service. It is located near Covent Garden but our room was exceptionally quiet for central London. We were unfortunate that our car broke down outside the hotel which in a busy London street was a nightmare. The porters were so kind and helpful that it made a stressful situation so much better. The service, rooms and food were all first class and booking efficient and friendly. Do give it a try – their is also a spa and a Japanese restaurant. No onsite parking but subsidised car parks are very close.
