This was a very disappointing hotel, we paid for 4 star luxury ( around £120 per night) but we did not get it. The best thing about it was its location, just a few minutes walk from the Campo de Miraculi ( Field of Miracles) where the leaning tower, cathedral and other medieval treasures where located. On the plus side, very nice marble in the bathroom and the bedroom and a good sized comfortable bed. On the negative, no view, very little information in the room ( not even a room service menu), no bath but a dirty shower cubicle, no shower gel in the bathroom and limited TV. We also were not keen on the breakfast – no proper fruit juice, coffee had to be ordered then you got an inch of expresso, the breakfast table had plenty of cake and jams but poor cereals, tinned fruit salad and no cooked breakfast. The bread was nice and fresh and if you were lucky you could nab a succulent peach. On the whole I could not recommend it and I am sure we could have stayed in much nicer places for less.
