Highly Recommend this hotel.
Cons
Air con is very very poor in that it makes a lot of noise but really only blows warm air. It did not even cope with temperatures of 27. If a hotel is going to stay open until November and it is hot then they MUST continue the air conditioning. The locals may feel 27 is no longer hot but to us Northern Europeans it is hot and we need our air con.
No pool is a quiet pool. Music badly affects them all . There is no corner of the hotel where you can get away from loud thumping music.
Ditto loud music in ALL cafes and restaurants
If you don’t like loud music ask for a quiet room as many will be badly affected
Pools are unheated so only an occasional person uses them. Even the indoor pool is freezing. Such a shame
.location is on the beach but a 50 minute walk from Side and no local shops
Pros
Food choice is fabulous in the main restaurant and caters to every taste
There are other eateries you can go to too
Staff are extremely friendly , smiling and very very helpful so refreshing
Barmen are efficient and good
Huge attention is paid to keeping the restaurants clean and they often hand vacuum the crumbs around the bread and other food and under the tables.
Rooms are clean
Waiter service at the pools
And even on the beach.
Staff are plentiful.
