Reasons for trip

Just had to share my views with anyone who is travelling first time to Goa. One of the best holidays that I have ever had. Four of us went (all first-timers), and we all fell in love with the place. It was everything that I expected and more!!

I had booked a villa in Candolim which was fantastic, just a short walk up a dirt track off the main road. I found the Goan people to be the most polite people I have ever met. They may be poor, but they do not lack manners. The food was fantastic (had curry every day)!! There was plenty to choose from as one in our party was not a curry lover. It was all so cheap and for me especially the best curries that I have ever tasted. We went on a couple of trips. The waterfall trip was fantastic, and we ended that day by riding an elephant. The weather was brilliant, blue skies every day.
