There are 5 sections to this course and, although not the highest, you need a head for heights as the name suggests. It was £32 for a go on the course, the price seems to be creeping up as the last time I did one of these it was a mere £25 however, the staff were friendly and everything was checked and well explained. There is a small shop at the check in point but no refreshments, parking or toilets on site. The first section is a "getting to know the ropes" section before you are let free on the rest of the course. There are easier traverses and more difficult sections, a degree of flexibility is needed for some of these and also a degree of upper body strength, some of the ladders are quite a squeeze moving between platforms, at the end of each section is a zip wire through the trees which makes it all worth while. You can also hire Segways to use on the Delamere forest tracks if you dont fancy the trees. For parking use the nearby forest cafe carpark and allow around 2 hours for the course. This is only for the more active, I was contorted in all sorts of positions on the course so if you are unfit I would not recommend this.
