This is a luxury home from home hotel. Absolutely made for the older guest as all the en suite rooms are made for adults only. Couples and singles are equally welcome.. The hotelier, Jem, is friendly and accomodating and likes English travellers. Kas is an out of the way harbour town in Turkey. When the majority of holiday makers turn left from Dalaman we turn right and travel down the coast to Kas. My friend calls it 'Brigadoon' a place known by few but enjoyed by those who can get there. Jem will give you a warm welcome but the real attraction is the hotel which is first class. Glass balconies and bathroom fixtures that are pristine and mega clean. A wonderful Turkish breakfast . The hotel has wifi and all the facilites expected by a seasoned and disconcerning traveller. A short Dolmus ride takes you to Demre the home of Father Christmas. From the beautiful views over the harbour as the sun sets to the comforting call to prayer played all over Kas you know you are in a special place. A momnet of peace and awe on the balcony before a wander down into the friendly town makes this a holiday to be remembered.
