Four Seasons

This hotel is a island of calm and peace at the bottom of the very hectic LV strip. Beautiful and luxurious, this hotel is not cheap but is worth every penny, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion like we were this year. The service is second to none. The staff are friendly and unbelievably helpful. Although it is at the lower end of strip on the Mandalay Bay site, buses run regularly up the strip and taxis are plentyful. After a busy, tiring day it was wonderful to return to the calm of this hotel. It doesn't have a casino so doesn't get everyone traipsing through. It has a seperate entrance to the Mandalay Bay, but there are a couple of doors offering direct access to Mandalay Bay, which we used to access the strip. The pool isn't huge, but again quiet, only hotel guests allowed access. Pool staff very attentive, bringing around complementary frozen fruit and ices. There is even a sunglasses butler to clean your glasses! We are lucky enough to travel regularly and this hotel is the best I've stayed in.
