Stayed at this city centre hotel for a long weekend break. Flew London Heathrow to Bologna (1hr 45mins) then a 20 minute taxi ride into the City. Room was clean, conveniently situated on the first floor. Staff friendly and helpful.
Beautiful City which was buzzing with locals, students and tourists. Many restaurants with outside seating, all very busy every night, would recommend booking for the most popular ones. Loads to see and delicious food and wine to be consumed. Try the specialities of the area, Emilia Romagna, ….mortadella, bolognese ragu and Lambrusco. Visit the Basilica, the medieval towers and the arched porticoes with beautiful ceilings.
