I stayed with my daughter for 10 days in October. All in all the hotel was fine for 3* although little things let it down. It looked a bit tired and in need of a lick of paint although the rooms were kept clean. The staff were pretty friendly except for a couple at reception who made you feel you were disturbing them by asking for assistance. The Wi-Fi was extortionate! You couldn't pay for a week's access, you could only get it an hour at a time and it cost 4€ per hour! The food was good on the whole, it was always plentiful and always looked appealing. The one thing that spoiled it for me was that it was away out of town. There were a few bars and shops close by but if you wanted any real shopping or tourist stuff you had to get the bus or a taxi into town.
Another place to avoid is the electronic shop in the hotel foyer. My daughter forgot her phone charger and we went in looking for one. The guy dug out an obvious fake apple charger and asked us to pay 48€ for it! When we refused he gave us a discount because we were staying in the hotel, or at least that was his story. We did pay 24€ in the end but the charger only worked for about 5 days. So be warned, go into town if you need electronics. Overall I've stayed in places a lot worse.
