We have just returned from the above hotel where we had a wonderful holiday on an all inclusive basis.
The welcome we received was very impressive and comforting. The accommodation was ‘plush’ yet practical and comfortable. They thought of everything one could need. The staff were well presented and professional as well as courteous and helpful. The staff are lead by a strong management team who are keen to receive client feedback and comments and are able to act on any suggestions immediately.
The hotel is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels and sloping ramps are available as an alternative to stairs throughout the hotel.
Internet access is available. There is a Doctor available within the hotel during certain hours. The entertainment team offers many activities including yoga and aqua aerobics.
The food was excellent and varied in more than ample amounts. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of foods including the availability of having specific food cooked as requested. Then there are the 4 a la carte restaurants where the food is also excellent.
I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.
