Stayed in November and it is a 3 star hotel with limited all inclusive and mediocre food but eatable. Location is great right on sea front and away from noisy parts of town. staff are friendly but not always helpful.
Would say that worst part was when found our sea view room on first floor had apparently been entered from an open window that overlooks the outside dining area and sea front. Hotel management uninterested in this other than to say if no forced entry not their fault. Even though this occurred after the cleaners had been in room so if window open must have been left open.
Fortunately used safe and only item missing was a wristwatch, but obviously drawers etc gone through so felt uncomfortable in staying especially as no management concern in fact it appeared very suspicious means of entry. I had to request to see manager the next day otherwise I do not believe he would have seen us at all. Full credit to Monarch Holidays customer service who managed to move us to another hotel.
