This is something I had always wanted to see, having seen it on television. It was absolutely fabulous the atmosphere was tremendous something you don't get by watching it on television. All the acts were stunning, from all over the world in the most wonderful setting. The culmination was the lone piper up on the castle ramparts, you could have heard a pin drop. I booked the seats on the internet, which means you can choose where you sit. We chose the second cheapest sets but were not disappointed as you can see everything from all seats. We could have seen it all again. What an experience!!! One word of warning is that I went on the net on the first day the tickets were available and it took 31/2 hours to get into the site. We made a holiday of the experience and saw most of the lovely sights of this great city.
