First time being away from home for xmas and it could not have worked out better, the resort itself is beautiful, well laid out and the weather was very kind.
We stayed AI but in hindsight we would have been better going B&B as we are not big eaters or drinkers. You stay in 1or 2 bedroom apartments or luxury Villas with your own swimming pool.
I cannot speak too highly of the accommodation it was very spacious with all amenities to make your stay pleasant, we also had the keys to see a 4 bed Villa which was stunning. The 1 bed apartments were on the top floor with a balcony at the front and a seating area to the back, which meant you had the best of the sun morning noon and night.
The food in the restaurant was very good with plenty of choice, something to suit all tastes, the only thing I could fault was too many chips for my taste and possibly could get a bit repetitive, only my point of view hubby loved it.
All staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a great week, entertainment had something to suit most tastes but space was at a premium to get seats as they are not kitted out as an entertainment venues. However I am lead to believe that this is getting addressed next year with a bigger entertainment complex getting built.
This complex suits all age groups from babies right up to silver travellers but can get busy in high season and Xmas The resort itself is slightly out of town but with a free shuttle bus 4 times a day this is not a problem. It is also walkable as most of it is downhill, would not advise walking back as it is quite a hike, took us 25 minuses to walk down. Taxis are also very cheap and easy to get.
