I’ve stayed at the Dylan Hotel in Dublin four or five times for business trips and I have to say it’s a great little boutique hotel with some quirky features. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Everything you could ask for. Breakfast is very good with a comprehensive list of items to chose from plus a cold cuts table with fruit, cakes, croissants, juices etc. I haven’t tried dinner at the hotel but the menu looks inviting, with fresh, locally sourced produce. I’ll be going back in two week’s time so will definitely try the Tavern Restaurant then.
