For a relaxing beach based holiday this is hard to beat. We stayed in a beach bungalow & it was fantastic, wake up, step onto private deck, walk across the beach & paddle in the sea, whilst watching the small black tip sharks frolic in the surf….& I haven't even had breakfast yet! Food was excellent, first holiday where there was a buffet style of dining & not a hint at any tummy trouble. Food was fresh, meticulously prepared & presented. The staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, I'm now missing the fact that I just have to say something & it miraculously appears. House reef is amazing for snorkelling & I did the sunset/night snorkel & it was an amazing experience, well worth a few extra dollars. The relaxed style here with flip flops or bare feet, crops etc for dinner just adds to the atmosphere that helps you totally unwind. Its not made particularly clear that free wi-fi is available in the reception area if you have your own computer otherwise you can pay to use their Apple Mac which is quite steep. The water bungalows get a Mac & internet included & they really ought to extend this to the beach bungalows as inclusive internet access is pretty much a standard in resorts of this class. The fact that this is the only minor niggle I could think of speaks volumes for the place. Returning to deep snow in the UK, I wish I'd never left.
