The Days Hotel is situated in the University area of Manchester, about 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. Rooms are teeny tiny, but offer everything you need including an efficient shower, TV and fluffy towels. Reception is a bit hit and miss, with slow, albeit polite, service. The bar/conservatory is a great little place for a drink before or after the theatre. Very reasonably priced. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the Phones 4 U arena, 15 minutes to the Arndale, 15-20 minutes to the Opera House, 20 minutes to the Apollo. We didn't eat here as breakfast was £7.50 each, and being so close to the station, we just had breakfast there.
