We visited on a Sunday when there was a very good market, and then went to the Abbey. The day was very wet and our visit was cut somewhat short, but I would recommend Daoulas and its Abbey “Daoulas”:http://www.silvertraveladvisor.com/review/place/145557-daoulas-medieval-town-with-a-ruined-abbey to anyone in the region, particularly on a Sunday morning.
