We stayed at this five star B&B for two nights in July. It's in the village of Fron Goch, a couple of miles outside Bala. It's fair to say the B&B is off the beaten track, but visitors are well rewarded for finding it. There are only three rooms, very modern, immaculately kept and with fantastic views of the Welsh hills. Breakfast was spot on. Great choice and freshly cooked to order.

Bala makes a great base for exploring the Snowdonia region.

Would definitely stay again. Best for those who want a complete away from it all experience.
