I stayed at the Cuevas de Rolando for one night on an exploration of the cave district area of Guadix.
The small family owned rustic complex of eight caves to rent for self catering or for Bed and Breakfast was delightful.
Just outside the town of Guadix, these rural caves were very cosy and comfortable. All mod cons were included and my cave the two bedroom Mediterranean one had a lovely private patio out the front with lovely views.
I went in the heated outdoor pool which was a very nice temperature and which I had all to myself.
In the evening I sat on the terrace writing and admiring the view and the silence.
A very nice stay which I´d happily repeat for a longer duration, but with hubby as well.
