Iceland and the Faroes both have stunning scenery and are very clean. Lots of interesting tours to take whatever your interests. Bolette is a lovely ship, not too big, and the food is very good. I loved the cookery demonstrations with samples at the end.
We did not see any whales (other people did) and the sun only shone on a few days but you can’t have everything.
