We travelled to Bath for a long weekend break. The directions given were very clear and easy to follow, and we were impressed at how centrally located the hotel was. Parking was included in the deal, which was a real bonus, because this meant no car parking fees in a potentially expensive city. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and showed us to our room, which was on the second floor. The property is a listed building, so there was no lift, which might be a problem for some guests, but being able bodied we were fine. Our room had a kingsize bed which was very comfortable, top quality linen, and lovely furnishings. The ensuite had a double shower which I enjoyed! The breakfasts were of a high quality. You could have continental, which included ham, three different cheeses, croissants, honey, jam, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Fresh toast was also made, as was the tea or coffee. This breakfast was an additional £4.99 each, but really was worth it. You could opt for an additional full English on top of this continental one, for an additional £4, but we couldn't t eat any more! The hotel was in a quiet location, and we hardly needed to use our car because of the central location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return one day.
