Reasons for trip

Regular holiday

I have just had 2 cruises on Costa, and although the ships are as good as any other, please note the following.

The ships are manic and are over run with children and you can’t get away from them, they take over the whole ship, and run wild.

Even in the early hours they are running wild in the cabaret area children as young as 2 years, while their parents sit drinking, and not looking after them.

They take over every pool pool area and the noise level drives you mad, the food on these ships is nothing short of sub standard, and I have done 16 cruises.

The buffet areas on the upper decks are nothing other than cattle markets people going in all directions, Italians do not queue as the British do, and the choice of food is poor mainly pasta, pizza, etc etc, and trying to get a table to sit and eat is a joke.
The staff on these ships are not trained it seems they just take anyone to work on the ships, the main restaurants have the same problem. Sub standard staff.

Now ports of call, they are good on most cruises, but the time you get at them is way to short.

As I have said the ships are as good as any I have been on, the entertainment was the best of any cruises that I have had.

Don’t go on these ships you will end up pulling your hair out, what Costa need to do is have Adult only cruises.

To end the boarding of the ships at the start of your holiday is a nightmare on both of the cruises we have just been on it took over 2 hrs queueing like cattle, no organisation at all.

The above cruises we done this year first one was 15/06/2015 the second was on 05/07/2015.

I will not book with them again.
