I do not know where they recruit their staff, or who trains them,but they are available at a moments notice to do as you require, are so polite, and seem to realise what you need even before you ask, the best hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
The food either locally sourced, or grown in their own extensive vegetable garden, is cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and delicious to eat. Special diets are catered for without problem, and more importantly served with the same care and detail as their main menu.
A stay in the linen suit is a whole new experience- the round wash tub bath (6 feet across) is absolute bliss.
