Colesbourne Gardens Snowdrops, for me heralds the start of days out each year. With 10 acres to explore, a mix of woodland, stream and lake, the stunning show of over 350 varieties of snowdrops, mixed with hellebore, cyclamen and early flowering shrubs are a delight. The garden owned for many generations by the Elwes family is currently in the care of Sir Henry and Lady Carolyn, who you will undoubtedly bump into at some stage during your visit. They are easy to talk to and passionate about their garden. We bumped into Sir Henry on his knees trying to take a photo of a favorite specious of snowdrop that hand eluded the perfect photo for years!
Pre Covid, there would be a refreshment area, with an array of wonderful cakes. Toilet facilities and a plant stall are insitu
