We arrived in Philadelphia to attend a wedding shower. Our reservations had been cancelled by mistake by Expedia and there was a festival going on right outside the hotel. Michael, the receptionist on duty, made the trip work out for us. This required significant work on his part to accommodate our needs. I would definitely stay at a "can do" hotel with such an excellent desk person as Michael.
