This well-located cottage, though up a steep path, has stunning views from from windows over the harbour and sea and is just a couple of minutes walk to the harbour side and town one way or the cliff top and rest of the town the other. You do have to park in the car park in town and I would recommend reserving a spot for the length of your stay and paying for it on line, Then you have to carry your belongings up said path after running the gauntlet of cars and pedestrians along the narrow road leading up to the pedestrian-only Cliff road most ideally placed harbourside properties here are so accessed. It is a comfortable, cosy 19th century fisherman’s cottage forming part of a terrace above the bustling traditional fishing harbour. The decor and specs are a little dated but all you would need and in keeping with it’s charm. It has two bedrooms though the second is low ceilinged and suitable only for children but it is excellent value compared to other similar cottages. Good wi-fi is included. All in all a great place for the 2 of us to stay.
