Reasons for trip

This hotel is well run and there are two or three others in West Yorkshire belonging to the same group. It is convenient to Huddersfield and Halifax – being on the borders of the two towns. The accommodation is comfortable and there are often good prices to be had now and again. It can be a bit pricey when paying the full amount. The meals are expensive but there is Toby’s Carvery just round the corner. There are some lovely walks nearby. The hotel has a spa and swimming pool which we have never used but they are there for residents. We have stayed here many times. The hotel has a lift.
