When visiting Lisbon on a cruise I was at the front of the bus at the top when the heavy metal blind fell and hit me on the head. I was unable to go to the hospital as I would have missed my cruise. the company have said that because I did not get a doctors note they will not pay me compensation, I haven’t even been offered a refund of my tickets. I would avoid a company who don’t take responsibility for their vehicles and look after their passengers.
