Reasons for trip

Booked a two night stay at Oak Lodge,Church Stretton, the reality out did the photographs on it’s site. A lovely well kept property in a beautiful setting. Very nice to get away to a secluded piece of greenery, yet only two minutes from a small town.
Extremely comfortable bed, I was particularly grateful as I was suffering with sciatica.
The hot tub helped ease my bad back too.

We only met the female half of the couple that own and run it, Sara was as helpful as one could wish for, carried some of our luggage on arrival (my bad back), gave us lots of information about Stretton and the surrounding area. Lovely lady.

Had a very relaxed weekend.
