The foyer and reception is a nice, light and airy place, there are a few shops and places to eat in the immediate area around the reception desk and a cash machine to hand. We went tubing, on the toboggans and sledding. The changing rooms are now old and tired, half the lockers are out of order and it just looks tatty. The suits are OK, the boots so so and no gloves, socks or hats are provided at all. The place is OK, busy and in need of TLC in places, we considered taking skiing lessons here however on seeing the conveyor belt style decided against it. The classes looked huge. The toilets and bar facilities are average, all usable and clean. We have had great days out in the past here, it is beginning to look a little tired. The Santa's grotto was fine, given the location a dark corner with fairy lighting would improve it immensely. There is a lift facility and viewing areas so you can observe.
