An enjoyable day and needs a second visit as we were worried about traffic on M25 so left at 3.30. Therefore did not do everything justice.
Although there is a bus from the car park to the house, I felt this was not really a place for very disabled people. The gardens were steep in places and if unable to walk, there was no way up to second floor of the house.
For us more able bodied, the whole place was a delight. The guides were very helpful and answered all questions as the hand out only gave brief details.
The gardens were magnificent.
We had a great day and will go back.
