My husband and I spent a wonderful 2 nights at this lovely spa resort. The first impressions are of a lovely country house set in wooded grounds. Inside the house is a mixture of traditional and modern with the spa areas being modern and the dinning and sitting areas a lovely relaxed traditional decor. The room was large and comfortable with a view over the grounds.Food was plentiful, tasty and healthy and we liked the fact that breakfast and lunch were self service and dinner was waiter service of a very enjoyable selection from a menu. Well the spa, the reason for our visit was fantastic. A wide range of facilities included, hot pools, sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzis and a thalasotherapy pool. A large swimming pool was great too. We had planned on using the gym and attending some classes but even though we arrived at 2pm on the first day and left at 4 pm on the third, we did not have time to fit everything in. We had 3 lovely treatments each, a whole body massage, pedicure and luxury facial. All were very good and helped to make our relaxation complete. A lovely experience in a beautiful location.
