My daughter aged 21 and myself aged 55 wanted to experience a spa retreat that would tick all the boxes for relaxation, luxury, facilities, professionalism, organised classes, cuisine and treatments and we were both not disappointed. Champneys has a huge reputation for being one of the best in the country and we could easily see why as soon as we arrived. The reception was grand, staff were professional and we were immediately greeted with a fresh juice and promptly booked in and taken to our room. The food throughout our stay was out of this world with every dietary need catered for and if not just ask and it was soon organised. We did not take advantage of the classes but there was many to choose from. The gym was huge with instructors to guide you through the equipment and the leisure facilities on the whole were plush if not a little hard to locate at times. Champneys Tring was set in fabulous grounds with walking trails of various lengths that went through woods and these were very popular before breakfast. All in all our visit was fabulous. The spa caters for all ages with my daughter getting as much out of the visit as myself.
