Reasons for trip

Relaxation

Had a great time in August in spite of Covid-19 restrictions. We had two 2-hour slots in the swimming pool which was fine because it wasn’t busy. Everything was thoroughly cleaned in the two cabins we had. They were the most basic ones but fine for us with a bathroom, a shower room and a further toilet with sink. We had meal and drinks in the lakeside inn and sat outside there also a takeaway delivery and a BBQ. It suited us all from our 1-year-old granddaughter to my husband who is 66.

In answer to the comment below not all of the outdoor activities were running but the zip wire and boats were. I think it changes week by week so you would have to check. We could only arrive at 2pm and access the cabins after 4. We had to be out of the cabins by 9 and off site by 12 for the Covid-19 cleaning. There are hand sanitizers everywhere and temperature check before swimming. It felt very safe. You have to book in restaurants, but they fit you in if there’s room.
