Have used Cathay before and were pleased then. Didn’t hesitate in using them again on our recent extended trip via Hong Kong to Australia and New Zealand. Excellent service. Really comfortable beds (we did go business class) and reasonable selection of in-flight entertainment. Staff courteous and polite all the time. Lounges excellent pre-flight with good selection of food and drink, to say nothing of very welcome showers when flying back! Very helpful with my husband who has poor mobility and uses a stick, they went out of their way to help. Will definitely use them again. And, if you are patient, their fares are excellent!
