This was a super day out for our granchildren 5 and 2. My husband and I had never visited this NT site. It is the newest castle in the uk, just over a hundred years old.
The views around are spectacular, grounds are great. The castle was interesting for us and had enough for young children to see/find.
Our granchildren played in the small house in the grounds for ages.
