This hotel is trying hard to achieve its star rating but the decor and general tiredness of the infrastructure are letting it down. It really needs to be updated, especially the pool which is small, very run down. Some of the staff are excellent yet others are next useless. For instance one of the bar staff stood chatting to the receptionist while at least 10 people were waiting to be served for more than 10 minutes. The same happened at breakfast when people stood waiting to be seated while the staff looked at them then disappeared into the kitchen. On the good side other staff could not be more helpful and were always pleasant. This hotel really needs to up its game if it's going to keep its star rating.
