After a long walk in the lovely countryside around Rivington, there’s nothing nicer than calling in to this welcoming little coffee shop for some food and drink. It’s very small, about eight tables, so unless you have booked, you may not get a table. They do lovely coffees and cakes, and have a menu of about seven or eight dishes daily, written on a sheet of paper which is passed around. The staff are lovely, very welcoming and you never feel rushed. In winter there is a log burning stove, so it’s very cosy, and and whatever the season, it’s lovely watching all the birds and squirrels on their many bird feeders. A lovely little place!
