Take care if answer book early for best price advert, I did and holiday in June 2014 now £150 lower. Contacted Butlins and given excuse of small print only means best price that day. Tried to get head office name, wouldn't give name but e-mail address. Sent several but no reply.
Even Haven Holidays promise to match price if it falls after you book early?
No longer looking forward to holiday now and will not use Butlins again unless they change their policy and handle complaints.
