We stayed at this B&B for two days in July this year. It's near Sidmouth but right out in the countryside (down very narrow lanes) and very peaceful. There are plenty of parking spaces available in the courtyard at the rear.
This is no longer a working farm but the owners have developed a very tasteful and comfortable B&B with just four rooms. We had a twin room overlooking the front of the house and it was very large and comfortable with nice touches, such as the quality toiletries, comfortable armchairs and the all-important Wi-Fi.
The shower wasn't large but it worked very well, the beds were comfortable and there was no noise at night. Heavy curtains ensured that the room was completely dark and both bathroom and bedroom windows opened easily.
Breakfast was very well presented and delicious. Fresh fruit and yoghurt was available as well as the 'full English'.
Sue Pratt, the landlady, was very friendly and welcoming.
At £95 a night this isn't the cheapest B&B but it was definitely worth it.
