Is it rooms with a restaurant or a restaurant with rooms? That's for you to decide as both are equally good. Broom House occupies a quiet location in the village off a country road. It has lovely gardens with a terrace for sitting out. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated in a modern style. There are a couple of self contained ground floor cottages too. The incorporated Whites restaurant, also open to the public, caters for a modern English outlook and it is very well done with the young staff attentive and pleasant. Prices are reasonable for the food supplied and it is a very good away from it all bolt-hole.
