We stayed 2 nights B&B in The Brockley Hall Hotel. It has Victorian style. It is situated opposite the bandstand, by the steep paths which lead down through the gardens to the sea.The hotel has it’s own car park.
Staff were very friendly. The rooms extremely clean and comfortable, with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was good, although the continental selection was limited.
Saltburn is a lovely little town with a fabulous sandy beach. There is a water powered lift down to the sea and a long pier. It is refreshing to discover a seaside town which is untouristy, with the exception of a small slot machine place on the pier.
